hey there! my name is claire, and I invite you to join me for a low-key, intermediate Pilates class paired with a full service coffee and tea bar! this class is designed to help you build strength, improve posture, and connect with your body in a gentle yet effective way while indulging in delicious drinks and light snacks before/after your workout. whether you’re returning to movement or seeking a more mindful workout, this class offers a balanced approach—challenging, yet never overwhelming.
as a newly certified Pilates instructor, I bring fresh energy and a grounded, supportive teaching style. I believe in meeting you where you are, offering plenty of modifications and encouragement along the way. plus, as a seasoned barista, I think that the addition of handcrafted drinks to my class just adds something a bit more special!
What is Pilates?
Pilates is a low-impact exercise method that focuses on core strength, posture, flexibility, and controlled movement. it’s all about moving with intention—engaging the body and breath to support better alignment, balance, and stability.
this class is mat-based, requiring only your body, a mat, and a little curiosity. expect a mix of core work, mobility, and mindful movement—all in a calm, welcoming environment.

What to Expect:
45–60 minutes of guided mat Pilates
breathwork and core-focused exercises
options and modifications for everybody
a supportive and beginner-friendly instructor, who is still learning the ropes herself
